You must notify phiery immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your phiery account. phiery reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of any security concern raised by the player or identified by phiery's fraud monitoring systems.
An account is considered dormant when no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phiery will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormancy fees, where applied, will be clearly disclosed in the phiery Fee Schedule accessible within the Platform.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting phiery Casino support. Bonus funds credited to a phiery account are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") before any portion of those funds may be withdrawn. phiery collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and transfer of your personal information by phiery is governed by the phiery Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement by reference.
By registering a phiery account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phiery Privacy Policy.
phiery reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made, phiery will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the phiery platform at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of phiery Casino following the effective date of any amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.
